Rules on Recording and Broadcasting

Important Notice –Copy Rights

• The KIFHQ owns Television Rights and any other broadcasting rights (regardless of on TV, radio, online or any other form) for any and all of recorded or filmed videos, photos or any other medium of the 2023 HOKUTOKI 6th World KUDO Championships & 3rd World KUDO Junior Championships.

• Individuals are allowed to privately record event during the 2023 HOKUTOKI 6th World KUDO Championships & 3rd World KUDO Junior Championships provided that in case of posting such record to any social media, we strongly recommend that World Championships wabpage link ( http://ku-do.jp/23world/ ) on KIF website which indicates notes on event recording to be attached.  Provided further, no record should be used commercially, or broadcasted in TV, radio, online or any other way (the “Broadcasting”).

• In case of Broadcasting, please follow below instructions.
  1. You are welcome to purchase the Television Rights (or any other right for Broadcasting) by executing contract with KIFHQ.
  2. Please contact the Organizing Committee for more details.

3. You must get an approval from the Organizing Committee and pay for the relevant rights to perform Broadcasting.
4. Penalties amounting to two times of fee for the relevant right for Broadcasting shall be imposed for any Broadcasting activities without purchasing the above right from the KIFHQ.
